Denise brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to Procentric, with deep expertise in operations, practice administration, revenue cycle management, contract negotiation, and collaborative partnerships.
Over the past 15 years, she has developed and led a proven, scalable approach to innovative member navigation, driving proactive engagement across renewals and recertifications, member education, care management, and care coordination.
Guided by a strong mission to improve healthcare delivery, Denise leads Procentric in partnering with health systems to achieve measurable results through education, contact management, optimized resource utilization, health information technology, and collaboration.
In recognition of her deep subject matter expertise, Denise is frequently invited to speak nationally on patient navigation, population health strategies, contact center solutions, and revenue cycle management. She has presented for leading healthcare organizations including NACHC, state and regional Primary Care Associations, health IT conferences, academic medical institutions, and safety-net providers across the country.
